Interview with Diana Edelman
llDiana Edelman of The Adventures of D gave up the ll9-5 daily grind to pursue her dream to travel. She is llcurrently travelling around Europe blogging about llher adventures along the way. What countries have you been to and where are you headed?
I have been to: UK, Scotland, Ireland, Israel, Croatia, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Belgium. This most recent trip has included: repeat visit to London, Ireland, Spain, Hungary, Romania and Poland. The trip will include stops in: Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt (hopefully), Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, France, Greece (Greek Islands), Turkey, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, back to Romania, Ukraine, Bosnia, Bulgaria and maybe Georgia and more.

What’s the most unusual food you have come across on your travels?
Black pudding. I guess it is not unusual, but as an American, it was a first for me.
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Spain, hands down. The culture, the people, the sights, are all magnificent. I have been many places, but I felt a solidarity with Spain. I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did, but when I got there, something just felt right. There is an electricity in the air in Madrid and it just sparks something … at least it did for me. And I kinda sorta speak Spanish, which makes it easier.
